个人简介:


1990年于西北工业大学获博士学位, 1990-1993年在南京大学做博士后, 2000-2001年在MIT做访问学者.现为南京大学教授、博士生导师、长江学者特聘教授,1998年至今任材料科学与工程系系主任。

主要学术经历:


研究领域为材料物理与化学,研究方向是氧化物薄膜多层膜超晶格微结构材料及光电功能器件的制备、表征和物理性能的研究。在所从事的研究工作中,建立了我国第一台用于制备铁电薄膜,多层膜,超晶格的MOCVD装置,将在半导体领域行之有效的"原子层控制外延生长"技术成功地用于铁电薄膜材料的制备,是国际上为数不多的先驱者之一。利用MOCVD技术和PLD技术,研制成铁电/非铁电膜交替排列的超晶格。在实验上系统地研究了超声波在超晶格中的传播与激发,及微结构与超晶格频率响应间的规律;研制成功声学超晶格的超高频(GHz)的超声谐振器、换能器等。从理论和实验上研究了人工带隙材料中光波和声波的传播的规律,发现了声波的负折射现象,发现了回波负折射的现象,成功地实现了超声波的可调谐负折射成像。研究工作中,"离子型声子晶体"的工作被教育部评为"1999" 年度高校十大科技进展和被科技部评选为 "1999" 年度我国基础研究十大新闻。在国际核心期刊(SCI)上发表论文140多篇,其中Science 1篇,Nature Materials 1篇,PRL、APL、PRB、JAP等一流刊物上发表40余篇。获得中国发明专利7项,文章被引用达1000余次,H-index达到20。

获奖状况:


1997年度入选教育部《跨世纪优秀人材培养计划》;2002年获国家杰出青年基金资助;
2005年被聘为长江学者特聘教授;
2005年度入选教育部创新团队发展计划;获得宝钢教育奖-优秀教师奖(2005);
